Homemade Pizza Recipe & Douph

Ingredients 

For Making Dough

Lukewarm water 1/2 cup 
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Mix Well
Keep it on the side for 5 minutes

Dough Preparation: Maida (all-purpose flour) 2 cups=240 grams each cup

1. Dry milk powder 1 tbsp

2. Yogurt 1 tbsp

3. Olive oil 2 tbsp

4. Egg 1 full (if small size) Large 1/2 Egg

5. Mix Well

6. Add Yeast Mixed Water 1/2 cup, in Maida (All-purpose) mixture

7.Prepare Your Douph Very Soft.(at-least knead it 3 minute continously)

8. Olive oil (for greasing the bowl)

9. Cover Bowl for 30 Minutes in a close air-tight space, so Dolph will rise.

10. Now take a pan on slow flame and add olive oil 1+1/2 tbsp

11. Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

12. Fry Ginger & Garlic paste for about 1 minute on medium flame 

13. Now Add Boneless Chicken 300 gram

14.Add Salt 1/2 tsp,red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp,red Chili Flackes 1/2 tsp Termeric Powder 1/3 tsp,grm masala 1/3 tsp,Chat Masala 1/3 tsp,Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

15. Add Yogurt  1+1/2 tbsp

16. Add Lemon Juice 1+1/2 tbsp

17. Cover the lid and cock the Chicken Meat for approx 6 to 7 minutes on a light flame.

18. Add Sliced Onion, Sliced green capsicum 1/3, and Sliced red capsicum 1/3 (from medium size of capsicum) and mix well

19. Now Take The Dolph Punch The Douph (to remove air bubbles)

20. Now Roll Your Douph And After Taking on Your Oven Tray Take Some Oil On This Tray Take Douph on Tray Set From All Sides

21. Pizza Sauce 3 tbsp

22. Mozzarella Cheese

23. Cheddar Cheese

24. Chicken and Veggie Mixture

25. Again add Mozzarella Cheese

26. Again Cheddar Cheese

27. Add Black Olives  

28. Now Bake Your Pizza 170-degree Centigrade for 15 to 20

29. Your Delicious Pizza Is Ready In 20 Minute

30. Cut Into The Pieces And Enjoy Your Delicious Pizza with Tomato Ketchup.
